On Feb 17th I posted a blog entry about the terrible night we had when East Side Mario's Brantford totally botched a delivery order to our home, and the delivery person ripped my front door right off the house. Here is an update:
We received a letter from the owner a while after, deeply apologizing for the events. She continued that there was some lack of communication and she would ensure that they're staff understood how important it is that they let them know of issues. This is good. She continued to say that they had halted delivery service until such time as they could put in place a system that worked better. This is really good. This gave me hope that the Brantford business will improve.
They also included $75 in ESM certificates which is a nice gesture. However what I am most interested in was their explanation and efforts to make things right with their business.
So we will cautiously try the restaurant again, and hopefully our next post sings their praises! :)
